Gastritis and ulcers are very frequent diseases among adults. Statistics show that about 20% of people aged over 30 are affected by some sort of stomach disease, and among the people over 60 years the percentage of patients is reaching 66%.
For these conditions it is necessary to resort to a diet based on peas, potatoes, cabbage and honey. Herbal remedies are recommended – infusions of liquorice root, oak bark, acacia flowers, marigold.

Another herbal remedy in this situation is to drink a cup of hot water before meals, purified by boiling it six times.
If the gastritis is complicated and internal bleeding began appearing, drink a decoction of oak bark, knotweed root, chamomile, or nettle pouches.
For all types of gastritis, especially for hypoacid type, is recommended 50 grams of honey, three times a day, about 30 minutes before the main meals. The purpose of this cure is the normalization of acid secretory glands.
