How To Choose A Quality Olive Oil?

For Eczema – Make a paste of fresh basil leaves with extra virgin olive oil and apply to the affected area.
For Shingles – Melt in a bowl 100 grams of beeswax, 25 grams of tree resin and 250 grams of butter, this is added in the final 50 ml extra virgin olive oil.
